We ask that you do not submit privileged information, sensitive personal data, or confidential documents through the form.

We use this information only to review your inquiry, assess whether the situation fits our scope, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a secured database with access restricted to O’Connell & Company. Submitted inquiries cannot be read back through the public website.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and, if an engagement follows, to administer it. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by replying to any correspondence you receive from us.
No client relationship
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship or guarantee an engagement.
